According to TASS, the law exempts Ukrainian citizens living in these territories from administrative liability for the duration of the quarantine announced in connection with the coronavirus pandemic, for violation of the procedure for entry and exit, if such a violation occurred due to a humanitarian nature.
It is noted that persons who have documents confirming the right to permanent or temporary residence in another state other than Russia are allowed to leave the uncontrolled part of Donbass.
Earlier, the self-proclaimed LPR and DPR assessed Russia's filing a complaint with the ECHR against Ukraine's actions.
